Hello,
I made my way to your site through a link on the O'Neil family blog which I got to after googling "HOPAC". Our family will soon be traveling to Tanzania on a vision trip and plan to relocate there in March. I have not looked back through your blog much, but it looks like you were in TZ as well. I would love to get your thoughts and some insight on what to expect and info on HOPAC if you have any. We have four children...all under the age of 6, one of which was adopted from China in 2007.
